Orders & Shipping
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Each item is made to order and typically dispatched within 7 working days. Please note that solid gold items may require additional processing time due to hallmarking, which can extend dispatch times to up to 10 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow the delivery status.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All our orders are packed into our complementary, minimal, eco-friendly packaging as standard however should you wish to, we offer a FREE gift wrapping upgrade on your order to make it the perfect gift for a loved one.
All items in the order will be delivered in our luxury branded gift bag, gift box and faux suede pouch. Your order will also be wrapped in a luxury satin ribbon and tissue paper, with a complementary gift message and packed into our recyclable Kraft postage box.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@thesilverstable.co.uk if you need to make any changes.
Do you offer next day delivery?
We do offer next day delivery at and increased cost however please note this does not include manufacturing time.
Returns and Refunds
How do I return my order?
To arrange a refund or exchange please download and complete the returns form and email back to info@thesilverstable.co.uk to arrange your return.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a signed for or tracked service for your peace of mind.
Can all items be returned?
All earrings, personalised items, bespoke commissions, gift vouchers and e-gift cards are non-returnable not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Are your pieces handmade?
Every piece from The Silver Stable is handcrafted with love and care by Camilla in the Lancashire workshop using sustainable materials.
Do you offer customisations or bespoke orders?
We are happy to work with you on any custom designs or modifications to existing pieces. Please contact us to discuss further.
What materials do you use?
All our jewellery is made from 100% recycled sterling silver and solid 9ct yellow gold. Each piece is designed and made for longevity.
Are your materials ethically sourced?
Yes, we are committed to sustainability and only use responsibly sourced, 100% recycled sterling silver and 9ct gold for all of our jewellery.
Do you offer engraving services?
Yes, we offer engraving on select pieces. Please contact us to discuss the available options.
Hallmarking
What is hallmarking?
Hallmarking is an official mark certifying the purity of metals used in your jewellery. All our sterling silver and solid gold pieces are hallmarked at the Assay Office for authenticity and quality assurance as per the legal requirements.
Do all your pieces come with a hallmark?
All solid gold pieces weighing over 1 gram and sterling silver items weighing over 7.78 grams are hallmarked in accordance with UK law.
