All pieces of jewellery are thoroughly checked before dispatch however should your item have a fault or if a mistake has been made at our end please let us know by emailing info@thesilverstable.co.uk as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue.

All pieces of jewellery should be returned unworn and in the condition in which it was received.
