Here at The Silver Stable, the planet on which we live and the people and animals who live on it are extremely important to us. We've tried really hard to make lots of positive changes to minimise our impact on the Earth but realise there's still always more that can be done.

Our Mission
Sustainability and environmental impact are very important at The Silver Stable. We pride ourselves on making our jewellery ethically and ensuring the materials that we use in both our jewellery pieces and our packaging are sustainable and have the least amount of impact on our environment.
We are always working towards a greener future for our brand. From the pieces that we handcraft, which are all made from recycled eco sterling silver and solid 9ct gold, our packaging which is all FSC certified, to the manufacture of our jewellery in our Lancashire workshop and the distribution of our parcels to our customers.
As a brand we want to ensure the longevity of all our handcrafted pieces giving our customers jewellery of the highest quality, allowing them to own a collection that will last for years to come.
Materials
All of the pieces are handmade from the highest quality, eco sterling silver and recycled solid 9ct gold. This not only means all of our jewellery is made to last but the semi precious metals we use to make it are 100% audited and 100% traceable.
Along with using ethically sourced sterling silver and solid 9ct gold, we continuously strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible. These materials are sourced from British suppliers who share our values.
At The Silver Stable we believe quality is key which is why we only use solid 9ct gold to make our pieces and not gold filled, gold plated or gold vermeil. This means that not only can all of the pieces be dressed up, they can also be worn every day and will last a life time if you follow our jewellery care instructions.
Our Packaging
All of our pieces are supplied in luxury packaging to compliment the quality of the jewellery. Our consideration to sustainability and the environment extends to our packaging as everything we use is recyclable and made from sustainably sourced paper and card upholding the highest standards of sustainable forestry. This does exclude our faux suede drawstring bags, however these are designed to be reused and store your beautiful pieces of jewellery at home when they are not being worn.
Both our gift boxes and gift bags are FSC® certified which guarantees all the materials come from an FSC® forest, where no more wood is cut down than the forest can reproduce. This means better protection for the animal and plant life, and all foresters have proper training, safety equipment and a fair wage.
